Founder profile
R.Sindhu, Founder and Director
Sindhu is a passionate Early Childhood Educator and a Jolly phonics trainer. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English Literature, Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) and a diploma in Early childhood care and education. She has transformed many kids in to super readers through the successful Jolly Phonics program. She found Happy Child,with a big dream to build a beautiful foundation for kids in their early years. She believes that preschoolers should not be glued to gadgets and worksheets, instead what they need is a vibrant environment and an eclectic curriculum which helps them to learn through play and innovative activities. As a Director of Happy Child, she sees each and every day as an opportunity to learn and implement something new. She believes that continuous research and development is the heart beat of Happy Child Global Preschool.
She found the online skill development platform Happy Child Academy in the year 2020, during the difficult times of the pandemic. She conducted online jolly phonics and English enrichment classes for kids during the pandemic,helping them to learn from the comfort of their home. Today, Happy Child Academy has grown big, offering 7+ courses online . Sindhu, plays many roles in her profession but she is fond of being an educator. She loves to sing, narrate stories and interact with children of different age groups.

Happy Child - A Big Dream with a great purpose
In 2019,Happy Child Global preschool and Academy was born with a passion to redefine early childhood education. Research shows that 90% of a child’s brain development occurs within five years of age,this shows the importance of nurturing a child’s heart and mind at early years. Preschool is not just for preparing children for primary education,but to prepare children for life.
At Happy Child we raise confident kids,who are emotionally strong and believe in themselves. It is a happy learning space, where children are kept away from digital learning and they learn through play and activities. They admire nature and learn about sustainable living. Happy Child is a home away from home, were kids feel safe,loved and cared. A School which understands that each and every child is unique, and they are bestowed with unique talents.A futuristic preschool which does not allow kids to practice rote learning but encourages them to explore,inquire and create,transforming them in to the change makers of the future.
